All Times print subscriptions come with an annual five-week holiday allowance so you can pause payments comfortably when you’re away. Access your holiday schedules through the My Account portal to put your account on pause up to 4 pm the day before your holiday starts. With The Times digital subscription, you can continue accessing your content as long as you have an internet connection.

To cancel your Times subscription, call their Customer Services team. If you’ve completed the minimum term of your selected plan, make sure to cancel at least 15 days before the expiry date of your 13-week voucher book for a print subscription or at least two days before your digital subscription billing date. Signed up and changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of starting a new subscription and you’ll be entitled to a full refund.

With a Times print subscription, you can get your newspaper to your door quickly and conveniently.

Your print edition plan comes with a Times voucher booklet that you’ll receive every 13 weeks. Simply take your Times voucher to a local newsagent to collect your paper. For a £3 fee, you can get your paper delivered if you live within selected London postcodes.
