During this year’s Poppy Appeal and Remembrance period, The Royal British Legion is asking us all to ‘Rethink Remembrance’ by recognising the sacrifices made by all members of the Armed Forces Community, past and present.
For many people, Remembrance is associated with the fallen of the First and Second World Wars, and whilst we will always remember them, the Legion wants to raise awareness of a new generation of veterans that need our support .
