Didn't track, as with many tcb transactions so I needed to open a claim(where it shows I had gone through tcb). After problems with tcb I contacted the health lottery who were very helpful and made tcb payout instantly

Joined lottery December tracked and confirmed okay, seems to me after reading other comments, this happens, but then, slow to become payable. I haven't received payment either,taking longer than it says.

Signed up for DD and still hasn't tracked, filed non-track to TCB months ago and still nothing, still waiting on "Merchant to respond" nudged a few times but nothing, waste of time if signing up just for cashback.

DONT bother i spent 15 minutes signing up and then i was about to deposit £10 and spend money with them to get the cashback then they said they need to verify my dob and i had to phone customer services. DONT THINK SO wont get my cashback then. Tryin to close account but wont let me. Dont waste ur time! TERRIBLE.

Still waiting for cashback after 4 months. Topcashback took this merchant offline for a few weeks, obviously due to non payment, and then re-introduced them but offering less cashback.
I find this really bad on topcashback's behalf as they are still awaiting payment to members that signed up the first time.
Topcashback you are increasing your membership, but you are getting more unreliable at the same time!
