“The best price online for what I wanted” is the reason why one happy TopCashback member has decided to leave positive feedback for The Fragrance Shop. Their overall four-star rating has been achieved thanks to customers leaving great reviews praising such things as the excellent all-round service provided, the fact the website is easy to navigate and that goods can be delivered to one of their stores the next day.

One member praises the extremely helpful and friendly staff they encountered when collecting an item from store and another loves the great selection of perfume deals offered, including some which come with free gifts. Other comments include “fantastic shop for perfume”, “stocked the products I wanted at great prices” and “will definitely be using again”. Well what can I say, cashback denied because they state that I ordered via another medium than topcashback - not true. Don't count on the cashback from this retailer.

In 2011 I purchased items from this Company on two occasions and have not been paid any cashback on either purchase. I have just received been notified by TCB that the cashback could not be approved because ‘Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This comment is designed to inform us that Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Please note that this is not suggesting that you used another cashback website but indicates that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc. may have become directly or indirectly associated in some way with this transaction.’ As I only used Google to search for the products I purchased and then accessed the Company via TCB I would advise any TCB member to be very careful when purchasing from this Company. I suggest you treat the cashback as a bonus rather than a given saving. As a result of my experiences I will no longer be purchasing from this Company on line, unless they have free P&P, and will make future purchases in store. Other than the cashback issue I cannot fault the Company and my purchases.

The transaction tracked well and was confirmed in good time. But The Fragrance Shop still haven't found the time to pay. I made the purchase on 1 December 2016. I am writing this on 22 April 2017. Cashback is still stuck on "confirmed"

Nice product and cheapest I could find, however cashback didn't track and has since been declined as they "couldn't find the transaction" even though I supplied the order number. Seems like I am not the only person with this issue recently judging by newer feedback.

Spent £55 with them last Christmas. Didn't track straight away so lodged claim providing all details such as order number, time of order etc. Has taken 10 months to be told are not paying the cashback with no explanation at all provided for declining it. Very poor, won't be using them again.

Claim did not track - Raised a cash back ticket & 5 months later told they were not honouring the claim as they were not the only cashback retailer used. I only use topcashback. Would not recommend this retailer for cash back. Would only use them if they were the cheapest, which is not very often!

This is the second time i've used the Fragrance Shop and twice now been declined cashback. Made purchase early December 2010 and received Cashback 6 June 2011. Not impressed .... took alot of e-mails to TCB and the 3rd party company who manage the Fragrance Shop's cashback. Would not shop there again as I feel very let down.
