Have bought from the book people several times and they a straightforward company to deal with. No problems with ordering, delivery and the goods and will continue to recommend and use them again. Cashback tracked accurately, promptly and if past experience is anything to go on, it will be paid promptly which is always a nice bonus.

I had a book that was damaged and had to phone them. They were very helpful and reordered a replacement and arranged for the damagede book to be picked up.
The book was then picked up and a replacement arrived the next day. Excellent service.
