Voucher codes won't work if you have an offer such as 2 for £x in your basket. This is because the 2 for £x counts as a discount. They also apply a VAT reduction at checkout. Again, this has been classed as a discount, so won't apply with a voucher code. Extremely frustrating, as there is no way of working out what is going on unless you try it.

Four orders - only 2nd one tracked - very strange!! TCB had to chase them for the others - but got there in the end. Luckily my orders generated cashback of over £1 so could make a manual claim - other people seem to be having trouble with tracking where the cashback due is under this amount.
