Didn't track, I had to claim
I had to claim on this one, but it was dealt with switftly by Tesco Bank and the cashback came through really quickly too. I'm actually very pleased. The credit card had a good offer too.

Paid the minimal cashback, but takes them so long to pay out, even though it takes 30 seconds for them to bill your shopping.

No payout on promised cashback??
Transaction was made following all the requirements, but didn’t track. Raised a claim & was told that “Did not meet terms & conditions set by the merchant”.
The whole transaction was done in one go following click through for a balance transfer deal.
It even showed up in the click through showing date & time of transaction, but still declined. Wouldn’t have taken the card out if I thought they were going to be so dodgy about payout.

Declined after originally tracking
Took out their credit card that was on offer and even used it. Originally tracked then later declined. TCB not managed to resolve with a claim and Tesco customer service seemed oblivious to what topcashback even is. So now I missed the £40 that was promised.

Declined cash back for no reason at all.
Received credit card and spent money on it. Won’t be getting a Tesco credit card again.
