Incorrectly declined cashback
Incorrectly declined a valid cashback claim due to the 'network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction', which was not certainly not true as all steps to ensure tracking is successful were followed e.g. allowing cross-site tracking etc.

It is now 13 weeks since purchasing my tickets with TAP (nearly £1000) and it still hasn't tracked even though topcashback has notified them. Not at all impressed with TAP.

Placed my order with TAP on 26th July spent nearly £1000. Didn't track so completed form to manually request money. It's 9 weeks after placing order and still waiting!!!!
