	Cashback not tracking - Talkmobile declining claims Stay away from ordered from Talkmobile here Cashback is not tracking and they are declining all recent cashback claims Thankgod the deals are 30 day contract only. I suggest anyone ordered and had their claim denied now cancels their contract and moves to a new provider that offers what they promise

	Claim declined without dispute I ordered a new sim, ensuring to close other windows and tabs, so I only had topcashback and talk mobile open. Cashback didn't track and now they have declined, despite the times showing when I entered the website and the time my sale went through. Will not purchase again

	Simply terrible They simply declined cashback - very upsetting and quite unfair on their part. I clicked the link and completed my purchase as expected. Without the expected cashback I may have bought a sim from a different provider. They decided to save some money on me. Terrible.

	I have had a dreadful experience with Talkmobile. I do not recommend anyone uses them. They are cheap but when something goes wrong there is no customer support. I was told by sales team that they were processing an order when they weren't and then reinstating an account which they didn't do. I have been left without use of my phone. I have raised a complaint which has not been properly addressed and when I have tried to speak to a manager there is no one available to speak to.

	Tracked at £1.05 had to raise a claim, my friend did two one for him mum and one for his dad both tracked at £1.05.

	Signed a 6 month of pay as you go contract. Should receive 35 pounds from cash back. It was firstly shown in my purchase history, after 2 or 3 weeks, it was simply gone. Filed a claim on 30/08/2012, but I haven't received any reply till current time (29/09). Because of this contract, I missed some other better offers from O2 and Three. My recommendation is: Try to avoid this dishonesty company+TopCashback. Personally, I will never use this service in the future and will not recommend anyone to try. If there are problems, you won't have a way to solve it.

	they are pathetic. Dont ever take a connection of Talk mobile. They will just snatch money. They dont inform you in any way or even their automatted customer care service tells ur usage details wrong. So if u surpass ur monthly usage limits, they keep billing u and u wont know and then u would receive a huge bill. They dont allow you to set ur credit limit to 0 so you cant stop them overcharing u.

	This is a review of talkmobile only, and doesn't relate to topcashback. Ordered a £12.50 24 month contract, advertised phone would be delivered within 3-5 working days. After around two weeks of waiting i requested an update and was informed that my order had been cancelled due to security / credit checks. I keep an eye on my credit history and know that it is currently rated as good as it can be. Talkmobile didn't even contact me to let me know they had cancelled the order. No further explanation from talkmobile - a complete waste of time.

	I ordered a smartphone on a 24 month contract for £12 a month. Cashback tracked at £35 after about an hour. I waited 2 weeks for the phone then phoned them up to see why I hadn't received it and was told that they had cancelled the order because I had made a mistake with my bank details, although they didn't know what my mistake was and couldn't explain why they hadn't contacted me to sort out the mistake or tell me that they had cancelled the order.

	I ordered two SIMs. The first tracked OK, and the cashback amount was correct. All was well and then the cashback amount went to zero some time later. The second didn't track at all. I have logged queries with TCB for both. I have yet to see any cashback for either of these purchases. It has now been over 5 months. This has been my only bad experience with TCB.

	I do not understand how Talk Mobile has a license to operate. I would do without a mobile phone first.

	Placed order online and had no issues with tracking. Was phoned up the next day by Talk mobile and asked for a deposit of £100. Phoned several times over the next 14 days to ask where my phone was but nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem (presumably they fall over themselves if its a sale). Turns out that for some reason they sent the phone to the wrong address, and even though they admitted fault would not return my deposit. One month later and two weeks after cancelling the contract and been promised my refund within 8 days, you guessed it still no sign of it. I am intending to take the issue up with Trading Standards as this outfit is absolutely shambolic and should not be trading. Definitely one to avoid.
