had to lodge missing cashback claim as transaction did not track. Getting cashback took 2-3 months. it was first time I attempted cashback through Top Cashback. I did not believe i will get it until money landed into account! I think the website is spot on. Now i try to remember to make all my online purchases through this website where available. the product itself is good value of money. Talkmobile customer service resolved all my queries and I am happy with the service. They answered all my questions promptly whether by email or phone. Coverage is vodafone's which is good in my area. So is good so far. Cashback is not guaranteed but you can only win, no harm in trying

Cashback tracked and paid with no problems. Happy with customer service contact when cancelled. Tried 30 day sim (for 3 months)to check service quality. Have since taken out longer contract on TalkMobile.

cashback took a few weeks to appear but once it did it was as stated on the contract. The phone and service are excellent, network coverage is just vodafone but half the price! Have to question why anyone would want to use vodafone again?!

I cancelled my order (24 month contract) as they required £100 upfront for my order to process, which they would refund after 6 months. There was no warning of this additional cost whilst ordering online. They also had the cheek to text me to say that i had to call them about my order, which cost 10p a minute. My credit rating is fine and always has been. No valid reason was given for this additional cost. I was confused and had a bad taste in my mouth (could of been the out of date colslaw i had earlier but that's not important right now) Anyhow i cancelled my order and will seek another provider.

Product fine, good,network coverage, SIM only package £8 per month. There was a short delay sending the SIM out - my number had ported two days earlier. CS ADVISED to call into local store to get a SIM card. I am beginning to get concerned about cashback though... The transaction tracked within 24 hours but hasn't moved to confirmed status after three weeks.

for cashback: the cashback swayed me in to taking this contract for the missus, took out contract, tracked at £1.00 instead of the advertised £49.87, when lodged missing claim the same deal was listed but at £47.25 (took screen shots so I'm 100% sure i was both eligible and right). decided not to pursue the claim (don't like waiting months, makes me nervous) and just canceled the order. Talk mobile: some excellent staff and online help been a customer on and off for 3 years, however couldn't cancel my contract on day 1, asked me to ring back in 4 days time (you have a 14 day cancellation period)

Went to TalkMobile contract on 19th Sept 2012, partly due to generous cashback being offered. Here we are 24th Feb and still 'waiting for merchant', despite 'nudging' customer service every 2 weeks or so. FAIL!

Very dissapointed in Talk Mobile. We took two contract out last month and after having the two phones replaced so that we could port the numbers over we were charged for the cancelled phones.We got that paid back and have now got a bill of £174 on one phone and £120 on the other as they say we have gone over our limit on the data for internet. Now we have not used the internet apart from about three times to find a postcode for our satnav. We have tried to explain this but they said as the data packet number is ticked we must have an application that is calling for the internet. The Carphone Warehouse set the phones up for us as we had been used to normal non fancy mobiles, we did not know they had ticked or left ticked the packet data button and that the pre loaded aps would call for the internet etc. I think it is unfair that inthe first month with them we are being penalised for this when we haven't even used the free allowance. Both phones have been barred 3 days after the new allowance started (Joined half way through a month)with only 8 minutes of phone calls and 2 texts of the new allowance being used. Thus after having in place the advised bar of £50 which we have now even lowered to £20 but all too late when stung for such expensive amounts on the bill. The customer service is not willing to help at all. Would recommend 02 we was with them for over 10 years with no problems regarding the account at all.

I'm happy with the phones and the service from Talk Mobile and would recommend them for affordability. However, we bought the phones in Feb and still haven't had any cash back, so wouldn't recommend that you incorporate the cash back incentive into any comparision calculations.

Talkmobile appear to have ripped me off....I should have received £45.42 cashback for signing up to a £12 monthly contract. Instead they have tracked £5.00 which was for a handset purchase. Despite reporting this to topcashback my account still shows £5.00. Disappointed!!
