Cashback exclusions and terms

Exclusions
  • Use of promotional or voucher codes not approved or advertised by the cashback provider
  • Purchases made through price comparison websites, affiliates or intermediary channels where the specific cashback offer requires a direct purchase.
  • Existing policies, renewals, replacements or policy amendments unless specifically stated within the offer terms.
  • Purchases made in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or cashback offers where these are not expressly permitted.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Terms
  • Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
  • Only available when purchasing a new Gadget Monthly/Annual Policy direct from switchedoninsurance.com and not via any aggregator site. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or on renewal (apart from the annual 2 months free offer). Minimum Cover Term - 60 days. If the policy is cancelled within the first 60 days after purchase the cashback or commission payment will become void and will not be payable.
  • Cashback is paid separately following a successful purchase and validation of the applicable offer. Cashback does not reduce the premium payable for your insurance policy.
  • Cashback offers are separate from the insurance premium and do not reduce the price paid for the insurance policy.
  • Cashback eligibility, payment amounts and qualifying criteria vary by offer. Please refer to the individual offer page for specific terms and conditions.
  • Cashback will only be payable where the purchase is successfully tracked, validated and confirmed as eligible under the applicable offer terms.
  • Certain offers may only be available on new policies purchased directly through switchedoninsurance.com and may exclude purchases made through price comparison websites or other third-party distributors.
  • Some cashback offers may require the policy to remain active for a minimum period before cashback becomes payable. Where applicable, this period will be detailed within the individual offer terms.

  • Cashback payments are administered by the cashback provider. Any queries relating to cashback tracking, validation or payment should be directed to the cashback provider in the first instance.
  • Customers should retain details of their purchase and submit any missing cashback claims within the timeframe specified by the cashback provider.
  • Switched On Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw cashback offers at any time.
  • Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
