Took out a combined buildings & contents policy in December 2017. Have chased cashback and have been informed on 13 March 2019 that this has been declined. As I have subsequently renewed the policy for a second year this is very annoying to say the least. First time I have had cashback not track, seems like swinton are playing a game promising cashback to make the policy more attractive and then not paying. Will not be using again

Declined my cashback after 3 months waiting. I certainly did not go through compare site (cookies also cleared) or use discount code so no good reason to reject!

Bought with Swinton as it made my insurance cheaper. Declined and don't get a reason and topcashback aren't able to look into in. Waste of time and will avoid this company in the future.

I will never use this shower again. Paid over £255 for a policy only for them to decline cashback. Put in a claim and that was declined as well.

As per the comments i have read, i was going to take out home insurance with Swinton as it showed as being the cheapest quote. Thankfully, i read the comments stating that they rarely pay out the cashback so i will avaoid the frustration and try another insurance company instead.

Over 11 months later and still no cashback. Raised a claim and it was declinded. Waiting for them to dispute, but I'm not very hopeful of getting the cashback. It seems like a lot of people haven't been getting their cashback. Come on TCB surely you need to review Swinton!

This is not working at all well for me. Took out House Ins end Jan 2016 with the promise of £30 payable after 90 days. At which point the cashback was 'declined' with no explanation. Lodged claim... told it may take months to resolve. Not at all happy - seems like a con to me.
