	Refused cashback just like everyone else So, they refused my cashback on the basis that "an unauthorized discount code was used" the Easter discount was listed as acceptable on the topcashback site, yet topcashback side with the merchant. The product is good, they are just not honest on the cashback, they get the sale, then say no and topcashback won't back you up. Consider swifts competitors as there isn't much in the prices and with cashback being constantly refused for many people there could well be cheaper options out there! Be warned, your cashback will be rejected!

	Cashback declined even we are first time buyers. Like most of others posted, cashback has been declined as other promotion has been used? It was a trap and unfair to customers. Hope I have read the comments here before I purchased from them.

	Very disappointed Same as others, automatic discount for first time customers meant cashback declined... and I was about to recommend them to my son and 2 other family members, this just makes it seem underhanded!

	Cash back not payable Same as everyone else - bought blinds off these due to the cash back - can only assume discount was as new customer as looked to be welcome. Cash back rewarded upon purchase and then declined later - dispute raised but advised it wasn't payable due to the discount. Very Frustrating as the cash back % was part of the reason i bought through these - wont use them again.

	Good product, good service. Swift supplied the blinds as described, ahead of their original delivery date. Relative to other suppliers, they represented good value. Cashback has been paid, so would recommend Swift.

	Declined cashback. Like most others, they declined my cashback. I can only presume it's because I used a discount code - one that was auto applied. How is that fair?!

	came through bought two blinds arrived but there was marks on some of the slats "glue" i think contacted swift, sent out replacement blind slates. so great job. problem solved. but they did decline the top cash back so not all good.

	Cashback Delined I was lured in with a cashback on purchase but It was declined for not real reason. They should be removed from top cashback as by the looks of all the other reviews they rarely payout...

	Cashback declined Ordered the blinds, cashback tracked straight away, then the day after they were delivered Swift declined the cashback. Put a cashback claim in and have been told that Swift have declined the cashback because of the use of a unauthorised code. Only problem is the code is one they gave me to use, so they have unauthorised their own discount code. Just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the blinds I ordered but don't rely on getting cashback from them.

	Awful company The curtains I received were not what I ordered at all, neither in measurements or in colour, and the company is refusing to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

	Scammers As other reviews, they use cashback to draw you in but use any reason not to pay. Should be removed from top cashback.

	Declined cashback Declined cashback for no reason, hadn't used any codes or vouchers. They offer the cashback to get your custom but obviously have no intention on paying it!

	Good service but barely pay out cashback Have ordered several times from Swift and they’ve always been good quality and arrived in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, they’re not very reliable when it comes to paying out cashback. Have had my claims declined more often than approved despite using codes advertised on their website. Not a deal breaker but very frustrating.

	Won't pay out cashback and for no reason Won't pay out cashback and for no reason. They offer money off on their website when you buy through Topcashback, and then decline the cashback because you useds their offe, which you cannot decline. Scandalous, will not be using them again.

	Ordered on 19/09, still awaiting delivery. Got two emails from them, one advised it was made and the other advise picked up by courier, but no delivery tracking information. Anyhow, emailed and used the live chat with no answer from them.

	Very disappointed. At the time the cashback link offered a additional saving using a voucher code which clearly stated ‘CAN’ also be used. After months and months of raising a claim Swift declined cashback! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They decline 95% of cashback!
