Easy to order and very quick to send out order. Arrived in a sturdy package, so content arrived intact.

Always declines payment - very disappointed with this supplier!
Applied for cash back with Suttons on a couple of occasions now and never honours the claim and declines. Appears to part of this scheme under false pretences.

Declined payment and slow delivery
Cashback payment declined with no reason - disappointing.
Order was processed very slowly - website stated items would be dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery charge was £6.99. items arrived 9 days after ordering! Tried to chase through customer service email, who only responded days later after the teams were delivered. Won't be purchasing from Sutton's again

Declined cashback for no reason
First time using Suttons seeds. Placed order through Topcashback, cashback declined with no reason given.
Poor experience with Suttons as well to boot. Missing items, promised to resend but nothing received. Overall not impressed :(

Avoid Does Not Pay Out
Spent over £120 on plants but cashback declined - No reason given. Companies such as this spoil the ethos of this website. Understand the cashback amount is not a lot of money overall but it is the principle. If there is no intention to honour the cashback offered then the company should not be allowed to advertise on this website.
