If you are going on holiday in Europe, they offer transfers to popular destinations in Spain, Greece, France and Italy, including Rhodes, Crete, Barcelona, Tenerife, Rome, Venice, Paris and Nice, while if you are jetting off to further afield destinations, they can get you to your accommodation in countries such as the USA, Japan, Australia, India and Thailand.

You can book one-way or return journeys, whether you are looking for an express shuttle, which will involve multiple pickups and drop offs, or private transfers. You will need to enter the city, town or area where your accommodation is located, while further address details will be required during the next step.

For shuttle services, you will need to select your hotel, though they only provide shuttle services to hotels and apartments listed on the website. If you cannot find your hotel on the list, they can provide a private door-to-door transfer direct to your accommodation. Your driver will be waiting in arrivals or in a specific meeting or parking point, which will be stated on your booking voucher.

Their shared shuttle services are priced per passenger, while private vehicles such as taxis and minibuses are priced per vehicle. Your luggage entitlement is one bag or medium size suitcase per passenger capacity of the vehicle chosen.

Child booster seats are available for children weighing between 15-36kg (approximately 4-11 years), while baby seats can be booked for children who weigh 9-18kg (approximately nine months to four years).

The rules regarding child seats vary depending on the vehicle type and size, as well as the country and licensing conditions. will check your booking and if a child seat is required and you have not booked one, they will inform you immediately.

You can also book wheelchair adapted vehicles on some routes. Electric wheelchairs and scooters cannot be transported on any of their vehicles, but you can add a foldable wheelchair on most routes at no extra cost.

You may be able to book extra stops if they are in the same area, city or resort, while if you have sports equipment, such as skis, golf clubs, bikes or surfboards, they are classed as excess luggage and you may be charged for them. You can add this type of luggage as an extra.

Cancel A Booking

You can cancel a booking through the 'My Booking' section of the website and you will be refunded in full if they receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, although will send you a cancellation note by email which may be used to claim the expenses back from your tour operator, airline or travel insurance provider.

If you need to make changes to your booking, meanwhile, you can do so, as long as it is more than 48 hours before the transfer and the change does not incur an extra charge. If the booking is within less than 48 hours and there may be an extra charge, you will need to contact the customer service team through the live chat feature, while changes requested less than 48 hours before the transfer might not be possible as they are subject to availability.

You can choose to take out Gold Protection insurance, which will cover you in the event of your outbound flight being cancelled, as long as you call them any time up to the original scheduled flight departure time. In this event, will either reschedule the transfer service at no extra cost or provide you with a full refund.

You can add this during the booking process or after you have completed your booking (up to 48 hours before your transfer time) in the 'Amend' section of 'My Booking'. If you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle, meanwhile, you will need to contact the customer service team.
