I've made multiple orders with Sports Shoes and not once have I had my cashback rewarded. It has been rejected every time.

Don't buy from them expecting cashback, don't even give a valid reason, just supposedly 'terms not met', look at their reviews by most recent mostly negative, another none paying retailer to add to the list.

Tracked, then untracked then rejected
What's the point of having a claim process when they reject the claim with a generic response (The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase.) which I can't prove or challenge.
