Did not track, opened claim which was refused as "network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction" not really sure what that even means as i clicked through and wasted £35 straight away, looks like its another one that will use any excuse not to pay out, would recommend you steer clear :(

didnt track so raised claim , was rejected as said wagering not met which is rubbish as i know how much i spent on site , i closed account after 1 month as didnt like it , thats why no cashback was paid !!!!

They locked my account and have told me I need to send them a copy of my passport and bank statement. I am not comfortable doing this because I do not trust them. I wouldn't give a random stranger my passport and ID details!
