this cashback caught my eye, cause me and my partner use trains a lot, but somehow none of the transactions were tracked and even I manually submitted them - nothing happened - no answer from merchant.

Tracked quickly and there was an additional discount for purchasing online, hoping it pays out as it goes some way towards their ever increasing fares!

First two transactions didn't track but at £3.75 each I'm not wholly surprised.
Second two transaction on a later date have tracked but they were at £5.75 each.

I have now booked 7 separate tickets through this merchant and only one has tracked. This is the worst tracking record for cashback from any merchant I have used in the last four years. Have used South West Trains dozens of times over the last year and have had 100% tracking - so very unimpressed with this one!!

Bought 3 separate tickets - each £45 over last 2 weeks. None have tracked. Let's hope tcb can sort this out. Will keep you posted

I think there must be a lower limit on transaction size before it tracks. I've tried several orders below £10, which haven't worked, but an order for £60 worked perfectly. Has anyone had success with low value transactions?

i clicked through on thursday for a £20 advance ticket purchase which didn't show up on tcb. have bought another ticket for this weekend. hopefully this will track this time

Think this is relatively new. It appears to be a much better deal for any purchases under £100, compared with the cashback work out as percentages of your purchase. Tracked within an hour of purchasing, cannot comment on payment speed just yet but hopefully to be within 90 day as per TCB's description.
