Used to track just fine but then in the last 3 weeks has stopped. I have raised a couple of missing cashback transactions but methinks that Southern have perhaps stopped giving it.

The cost of travel is incredibly high when we are supposed to be encouraged to use public transport to help with the environment! The service, delivery and online shopping with southern railway was faultless however. Totally positive experience with TopCashBack. Fantastic.

I've done 3 separate transactions with Southern Railway, ranging between £5.30 and £12.55. Two of them tracked on the same day - the first of which was confirmed 48 days later. The third transaction didn't track so I'll chase it up and see how that goes. Overall, I'd say the level of cashback offered by Southern Railway is particularly good for small transactions.

Good website - easy to use and tickets arrived promptly. None of my purchased tracked automatically though, had to submit 3 separate "missing cashback" claims, now waiting on a reply. Agreeing with a previous poster, it would be helpful - if one exists - if the minimum purchase amount to qualify was stated clearly on TCB.

I purchased 3 tickets separately, via topcashback. None of them tracked even after 9 days, and I have now lodged a missing cashback complaint. I hope Southern Railway and Topcashback are able to resolve this, or I see no point in using them again. When this issue is resolved, then I will update this feedback with my experience.

I have made several purchases and not one has tracked. On Sunday, the cashback changed from a fixed amount to a percentage. It's the best percentage available at the moment, but if the company doesn't pay, it's worthless.

They've failed to track cashback on six separate purchases. Whilst the cashback rate looks fantastic on paper at over 6%, the reality is 0%. Time to switch merchant.

Good site, good sale conditions (like others mentioned: no fees, etc), but have not seen ANY cashback from them at all. And I have no problems getting cashback from other merchants, so the error is not on my side. The oldest transaction I still have an outstanding claim for is from July 2012 -- and still unpaid. Not sure I'd want to risk it again

Cashback never tracks - I always have to claim it manually. More importantly, despite spending hundreds of pounds (it'll be thousands soon) with Southern in rail tickets, I still haven't had a single penny in cashback. And that was a long way back when I started using this service. Stick to RedSpottedHanky and their reward points system. Far more reliable!

Southern Railway is great, ive been using this train provider from the start of the year never had an issue with the tickets, if your train has a switchover at a station and you have to wait 40 mins for next train and you need a smoke just sayto one of the platform security theyll let you out without the machine gobbling your ticket The cashback although good has issues i haven't worked it out ive tried firefox, google crome and internet explorer it never tracks but ah well submit ticket hope for the best maybe in the future ill have enough cashback for a free train fare as southern railway has no incentives for being a member

*DOES NOT TRACK!* I since have made four different transactions through TCB and not one has tracked. The most expensive journey was £15, so I don;t think it is a matter of there being a minimum spend. A shame really as I make quite regular journeys with Southern so it would have been nice to get some money back.

Having spent (quite literally) hundreds of pounds on train tickets across various orders for several journeys of differing values, I have not once received any cashback from Southern Railway. Do not waste your time expecting any sort of cashback from them, as you won't get it! And as for their customer service, well, it's non-existent. They rarely reply to e-mails, and the staff in the call centre are rude and seemingly unwilling to help. I have had to quote their own terms and conditions, as well as the National Rail Conditions of Carriage at them when they've potentially left me abandoned in the middle of nowhere since the instructions management seems to give the staff is 'fob them off'. In summary: - Don't expect any cashback, regardless of your order's value. - Don't expect any sort of customer service, before, during or after your journey.

Their ticket refund process is a nightmare. You post in a downloaded paper form then they do nothing for months. I only used them because of the cashback.
