AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
Tracks fine and quickly to then decline the amount to be paid although you follow all their conditions for cashback. Out of three purchases, only one seems like it will be paid, the other two have been declined for no reason at all except that they were quite high as the tickets were expensive. Southern lures you to use with higher cashback than others but does not pay up once it is time to do so.
I will never use them again. Be warned if you use them and be disappointed and scammed!

Tracked quickly for the correct value of £48 as purchase was for £800 but after 15-20 days tracked to zero for no apparent reasons other than the retailer trying to avoid paying up the cashback. Totally disappointed and unhappy. Will avoid using them now.

Cashback tracking is very erratic indeed. Sometimes there's no trouble at all and other times one transaction after another fails to track. I've submitted claims via TCB and they're being pursued - don't know what will happen yet; nothing yet recovered.
I won't use them again.
Train cashback generally isn't a great area it seems.

Used them twice. Both times failed to track a cashback so have to submit the tracking of claim. 1st one is now outstanding for a month with no response from merchant

I have yet to receive any cash back from this merchant, on 4 seperate purchases not one has tracked!! Also time consuming to chase cashback as require reference numbers for all!

Would only get half way through booking and it would seize up - repeatedly just as it came to payment. Try again tomorrow or try a different company??

The rates were good, but hardly ever tracked. Will be using South West Trains (2.67%) now that Southern has stopped cashback completely.

Stopped giving cashback. I'll go with South West trains, but people do note that SW trains only gives cashback for journeys that include their routes.

Used this cashback offer multiple times over the last few months. To book tickets between Southampton and Poole. Never received a penny in cash back even after submitting multiple missing claims... AVOID

Has never yet tracked, despite 15 or so purchases. Had to raise a separate claim for every single one. The good news: an initial batch of claims did eventually progress through to payment. The bad news: it took around 7 months. If it's any consolation to everyone else posting on here with the same problem, quidco doesn't seem to be any better - tried switching to them, had exactly the same experience. At least tcb replied when I tweeted them about it - quidco didn't.
