A totally stress free online purchase - wonderful!
The background was that our Hoover H-Lift 700 upright vacuum cleaner broke at the articulation point and was a terminal breakdown. So, online I go to find a replacement which I did on the SD website albeit the price had gone up from the time of the original purchase, but needs must!
I sent one or two emails asking about the product and they were responded to by Andrew within 10 - 15 mins. Fantastic, but free next day delivery was only applicable if the transaction was completed before 15.00 hrs (3 pm).
So, I ordered via TCB and paid, and about 15 - 20 mins later I got a 'ping' to say my purchase had been tracked, and several days later I got another 'ping' to say the transaction cashback was available to withdraw. Now that's the kind of service other vendors ought to emulate.
Anyway, at around 09.30 hrs (9.30 am) there's a 'ding-dong' and there was the Parcelforce (PF) courier with my item and no fuel, queuing or anything else, so SD, TCB and PF are ALL worthy of top marks and I couldn't have been more impressed at every level by all those involved with my buying experience.
Thanks to one and all for their 5* first class service and I couldn't commend all of them enough.

Sales team called me back after the online sale and talked me into upgrading my purchase to a newer TV for £10 - I did agree but this made me miss out on the offical TCB claim. Thankfully TCB CS gave it to me anyway as a goodwill gesture.

We have had a couple of appliances from Sonic Direct. A fridge freezer that broke down just before xmas (within warranty) - Sonic Direct were excellent and arranged for the engineer to attend and fix. We decided to get our new washing machine through them due to their excellent customer service. Things may not always to go plan, but ther customer service department are active and responsive.

Cashback payable in just over 3 weeks! Super prompt dispatch of goods too. ParcelForce messed up delivery, and though no fault of theirs, Sonic Direct phoned me to check it was resolved. If only all companies were this good!

Excellent company, very fast delivery, (48hr parcel force, but actually arrived next day!) Unfortunately when the unit arrived it was found to be faulty, (not Sonic Directs fault but LGs, the wireless receiver was faulty, apparently a common fault) the customer service I received from Jo was second to none, it was sorted out very quickly and a replacement sent.
I found and used a price comparison search engine called pricespy, never used them before but will again, Sonic direct was equal cheapest of three (the other two companies were the same trading under different names) for my product but the only one of them on topcashback, they also had free delivery, and they were £150 cheaper than any other company I found on the normal price comparison sites, including amazon and ebay!
I got nearly £9 cashback on a £399 item and it tracked same day and was payable a two week later.
Quickest cashback turn around I've EVER received and I've been a member here since 2007!
I highly recommend Sonic Direct and will most definitely be using them again.
I hope this review helps if you're undecided about using a little known company, although they are well known in the Leeds Bradford area.

Noticed this store had a generous cashback offer of over 3%... Bought an expensive TV for £2,099 then 2 days later the price dropped to £1,899. They price matched this of course but they did not honour the 3% and refused me any cashback using a loophole since I had the price match. This is ridiculous since the price changed just 2 days later and I spent such a large amount with them. Do not recommend buying from them. Just go with another shop that has a lower cashback but at least honours it.
