Snap & Save

Each Snap & Save offer is only applicable to selected stores. Please double check the terms and conditions for each offer before purchasing, to see which stores and items are eligible.

Each Snap & Save offer is only redeemable once. If you have submitted a receipt and it has been declined, we may prompt you to upload a new one with further information shown on the photo, so we can approve it and award you the cashback.

After submitting a photo of your receipt, the cashback amount will track to your earnings within 1 hour as a ‘pending’ transaction. It can then take up to 30 days for the cashback to be approved and made payable, but we will endeavour to get this processed much sooner than that. If we're not able to approve your receipt the first time, we will contact you to explain why that is, and what steps you may need to carry out to be eligible for the cashback.

For your receipt photo to be eligible for cashback, please make sure that the following information is clearly visible:

- The name of the store you have purchased your item from
- The date on the receipt
- The receipt number (this changes from store to store, but it is usually 10-20 digits long.)
- The name of the item you have purchased.
