	I think this retailers customer service is rubbish, which is a real shame because their products, prices and special offers are very good. I placed an order for 3 products worth £29.93 on 25th October 2011.The first product arrived about 3 days later, the second product arrived three days after the first and I am still waiting for the third product.The day after the second product arrived I phoned their customer services who were pretty ambivalent and confirmed that the product was out of stock. I was told it would be back in stock by the end of the week and then despatched. I should have received the products by Wednesday 9th November. I received an automated email on 15th November advising me of despatch. Five working days later (the post has been today) and no delivery. Conclusion: Great products but don't hold your breath for delivery.

	Used twice, first cashback tracked very quick, current cash back showing confirmed after about 5 weeks..

	Because of a problem with the checkout on the web page Ii accidently ordered twice and did not realise this until 2 orders arrived several weeks later. Goods were slow to arrive and the 2nd order had to be chased for cashback. Won't use again.

	have bought many times from this retailer as prices very good. However, still waiting for 1 cashback from months ago and products can be a little slow to arrive.

	I use this site all the time, but it is the first time i have used it through topcashback. It tracked realy quickly and the delivery was very quick too. I would uae them again. I got a promotional code but i didnt get the free item.

	Thinking of ditching this company. The service is getting very slow and the cashback hasn't tracked yet. Only the good prices and great discount has kept me with them. Have had to submit a manual claim.

	I have used Simply Supplements on many occasions without any trouble. However, my last cashback claim was declined because I used an "unauthorised voucher code". The irritating thing is that the code (for less than the cashback) was sent to me by Simply Supplements themselves as a thank you for a previous order. Due to their shoddy attitude, I shall take my custom elsewhere.

	The purchase in July took 5 emails and two telephone calls plus 12 weeks to just get the order accepted as a genuine cashback purchase.I am now waiting for my October purchase to show up as "Pending" Cashback will probably be in 2014 !!!

	Slow and not sure about getting cashback not good customer service. I am going back to Zipvit as prices are better and delivery within 3 days. Unfortunately not on TCB.

	Order placed Feb 10 still awaiting cashback. Huge cashback offered but pretty worthless when they don't pay it! Will NEVER use again.

	Attracted by large cashback and competitive prices, I risked the negative reviews and placed an order for 2 supplements. Cashback tracked quickly and I received order confirmation email stating that I should receive another email confirming the order when the goods were despatched. 8 days later no sign of promised email (or goods) so I emailed them and they responded confirming the order had been fulfilled and the goods should be with me shortly (but allow 20 working days before contacting them!). First delivery was 2 weeks after order, final delivery nearly a week later. It would be best if they were just upfront on their webpage and instead of promising next day despatch (as if!) informed customers that a 2 to 3 week delivery time was normal!

	ok so they make a big deal about buy one get one free but why not just say that this is the number that you get without pretending an offer. i bought echinacea complex and immediately went down with the worst cold i have had in years so it did absolutely nothing. not worth it.

	Ordering was quick and easy but the delivery is rubbish. It is NOT First Class postage like they purport. My order took 10 working days, and they do not count Saturdays as a working day for post. To top it off, it arrived in 2 batches! It was supposed to be a gift for a friend leaving for work in China, now have to incur extra postage to ship it over. Am doubtful the cashback, though tracked fast, will ever be honoured.
