Pretty rubbish! I clicked through the link on their topcashback site to access a voucher code offer and now they deny it was there. Beware ... I would not recommend using them.

Payment Declined - The only reason I can think of was I used their online discount as well - So what all the others still pay! - The extra discount actually made it a viable buy! Their Loss because will not use again unless its settled which will take Months and if still declined will never use again under any circumstance Can get cheaper on Amazon and especially EBay (Because you get cashback as well) Will these money grubbing sellers never learn?

Cashback did not track and have been ignored by simply supplements. In future I will be sticking to holland & Barrett. Much better company!

Twice have bought from these people through Top Cashback. Initially cashback shows quickly, then it gets changed to £0.00 and in spite of claims I have still got no cashback after 6 months. Their products are cheap enough but cashback is rubbish. Top Cashback should take them off their site.

Simply Supplements are an appalling company! If your goods get lost in the post, their attitude is 'tough, that's your problem and your loss'. Don't expect a replacement or a refund from them: Tucked away in their terms and conditions fine print it states 'all ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises'. In short, if the goods don't arrive you will not get your money back!

My cash back with this company was tracked but never paid. On top of that, they charged me for a product that was out of stock and never delivered. When confronted, they want me to send them my card details again by mail in order to get a refund. Appalling.

Delivery was very slow, customer service non-existant, tracking OK but months later still no cashback. I'm looking to buy more products but will go elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

Avoid! I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago now. They were very prompt at taking the money from my account but I am yet to see the products delivered. I have now emailed twice to find out what is happening - no response! If they can't even deliver the product I doubt I will see any cashback either!

Purchased last summer. Didn't track and despite repeated nudges no cash back appearing. Actual product took ages to come , but was good value. Don't rely on cash back or expect good service then you won't be disappointed. I won't be using them again.

I ordered 3 lots of supplements on 21st Oct 2010. One package never arrived and I waited the 20 working days before I contacted them. After lots of phone calls, broken promises, I eventually received a GNR form to fill in. They say they never received it. More phone calls and they emailed this time and I again returned by email. They say they never received it. There is a pattern developing here! I again emailed and this time they got it. I received replacement supplements on 11th Jan 2011, a long, long wait. Staff very pleasant on phone, but it's just, lies and broken promises. Service is appaling.

I have used this firm for several years with no problems. This is the first attempt with cash back and I am VERY disappointed. I ordered more than 4 months ago and have had the transaction confirmed, but no cash back.

Agree with previous comment. Attracted by high cashback which was a mistake only part order received after three weeks. No response about other items after emailing company. To say that they send goods by first class mail is a not correct and TCB should take issue with them. SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Have dealt with this retailer for many years without a hitch. Unfortunately my last order was never received and despite many false assurances by Simply Supplements it has still not been received nearly 2 months later. They are now ignoring my requests for updates. Extremely poor customer service in my case.
