I am a new customer and states that it's 8% cashback, but it got tracked as existing customer at 1%!!
Not happy at all and still not resolved after 3 months!
They should keep to their words if thats what they are advertising!!! False advertising to get people to buy from them!

Used to love using this merchant as quick tracking and payment and used to be 8%, but now seems to have either dropped to 1% or is nothing at all as of mid August. Unlikely to bother using now which is a shame as the clothes were reasonable and good value.

Has any one noticed that the prices go up if you go through top cash? I found a matress topper for £84.00. I went through top cash & it is showing as £90.00!!!
