i too deposited and played the £10 and it has gone to £000 payable as it i havent met the terms. which i have. This is very bad and top cashback should remove this merchant and also take the matter up with the merchant faster than usual. i would say AVOID!!!

Followed what it said, "Minimum deposit of £10 required". Played the full £10 along with the £30 bonus it gave me, even although I didn't want it. Tracked at £14.14, then went payable to £0.00 within days. Claim raised but not holding out any hope!!
