Really disappointed. The flowers went up in price for Mothers Day and they lasted less than a week. Expensive too, for what you got.

Awful flowers, came in a box, nothing like the picture. Cashback tracked quickly then changed to £0 when payable. I won't be using them again and I hope that this post encourages people to do the same.

Terrible. Would highly NOT recommend...used to purchase flowers as gift in December 2011. The claim did not track then Serenata denied that I ever made the purchase despite submitting the order number and softcopy invoice (both of which I still have) to both TCB and Serenata customer service. I have still not received a response from Serenata. Typical British customer service (or lack of).

If you look on review sites, you'll see that they are flooded with complaints about the service from Serenata Flowers. I had a terrible experience with them. I contacted their Ecommerce Manager, Peter Ahl, and despite promising he'd help me he never responded to my emails or phone calls. I tried to contact him over 20 times in total. I didn't get my order.

I had great difficulty ordering flowers for Canada as the website was confusing and I inadvertently ordered from UK only page.After reordering nothing delivered 2 days later- apparently problem with computer/postcode. 2 more days and nothing delivered. After a week from ordering and no delivery I cancelled. Customer services good and gave refund immediately. Do they know that their international service doesn't work?!

Dreadful dreadful dreadful dreadful! Broken flowers, not like picture for quality or quantity, sent in a box far too big so they all got crushed. Sent a photo and did get money back but not the point really. Google Serenata and reviews and you'll be hard pushed to find good reviews!

The VAT element seems to have been omitted in the calculation of the cashback, and indeed from the amount recorded as paid

If sent as a gift the recipient will probably say the flowers are lovely as it would be rude to say otherwise. However one of my purchases was delivered to my home and I was quite disappointed with the quality.

The flowers never were delivered on the arranged day, even though ordered early enough.Also they had contact telephone numbers & email if there was a problem? But no one got in touch. No explanation as to why the flowers were not delivered? Would not recommend!

Have received flowers through this company, only for them to be dull, boring and die within a week = never had this from any other florist, have told my brother not to use this florist again.

My mum's birthday flowers arrived on the day they said, so no problems there, but she sent a photo of what was sent and frankly I could have done better with a £10 bunch from Tesco. I ordered a £19.99 bunch, on offer with £5 off, and what a disappointment. There were very few open gerberas and the lillies were all closed, not much foliage and only 1 rose. It looks very very sparse indeed. I don't really see how this justifies £19.99, or even the £24.99 it was supposed to be worth. I had also ordered some for my mother-in-law whose birthday is in a week's time but I'm going to have to cancel them, such is my disappointment with what turned up. The cashback doesn't make a difference to my decision, they were that bad.

initially it did not track had to put in a claim. It has now come back saying the money was paid to another cashback site no idea how or why that happened. A bit disappointing will not use again.

I would definately recommend buying flowers from Serenata Flowers. The flowers were as described and the service was second to none. I was kept informed by email and text of when delivery was to be made and when they had actually been delivered. Fantastic!!
