I have used Serenata in the past for UK deliveries and have had no problems. However, I recently used them for a delivery to a family member in Arizona because they state that they use local florists to fulfil orders.....this is not true! The flowers were delivered in a box from Miami, FL! Whilst the flowers might have been ok, I would not pay a premium for flowers delivered in this manner and will not be using them again.

I ordered the flowers but they did not follow my instructions. The first I spoke to said they were very busy because Valentines day was in 10 days and was quite frankly rude!!!! They were delivered the next day. They did not include the gift card so the person didnt actually know who they were from until I phoned them.

Used Serenata Flowers for the first time , after reading so many positive reviews. The ordering process was easy and I was able to track the order. Flowers were delivered on time and on the day requested. My friend's mum was very pleased with the flowers delivered. Will use again.

Up until the last order I had been happy with Serenata but they failed due to a technical problem to deliver the order, failed to let me know the order hadn't been delivered and refused to give me any reduction in cost to do the order again - so not very impressed sadly

Poor flowers. Offered 10% discount when I called to complain about them as they were a gift for my Mother for Mothers Day. I din not take the refund. Would not use again. Very poor.

One of three purchases did not track cash back. I submitted a claim but as with others Serenta claim that topcashback was not the last referrer which is complete rubbish.

Did not track cash back for either purchase I made with them. I submitted a claim with Topcashback but Serenta have said that Topcashback was not the last referrer and so I have not been paid. Do not use if you want cash back.

The birthday flowers I ordered for my mum were awful. Not one of the lillies were open, no roses (as there should have been) and only a few floppy gerberas, the foliage was pretty sparse. These were meant to be worth £24.99 (they had £5 off so I paid £19.99) but frankly I could have done better with a £10 bunch from Tesco. On the whole a very disappointing experience and I have cancelled my mother-in-laws birthday flowers. In my cancellation email I referred to how disappointed I was with the first order and they didn't even respond to my comments at all. Great customer service that, not.

missed 12 noon timeslot (which was paid for) customer service offered no apologises just "we'll refund that and phone down" when chasing flowers at 3 pm 3 hours after they should of arrived was told that there was no way of getting in touch with courier as they dont have mobiles so they'll arrive when they arrive. Good cashback rate but customer service and delivery is a bit dubious

Fantastic service. Ordered at around 9pm, and the flowers were delivered by noon the following day. I have been told they are beautiful which is a relief, as you never can tell what you're going to get with some online suppliers. The transaction tracked very very quickly. Can't comment on the cashback experience yet, of course.

Tracked on Topcashback - However, the flowers arrived dead on mothers day. There was no apology or compensation of any kind. Avoid this retailer. Flowers took 3 days were posted in a box with no plant food. Horrible experience. BUY FROM LOCAL FLORIST next time even if more expensive

I ordered a plant arrangement for my Mother's 89 Birthday. It was delivered as a heap of soil and plants at the bottom of a box. There was no packaging to support the arrangement in the box. There was no card to identify who had sent it. I have asked for my money back and they won't give it to me as I haven't got photographic evidence. My Mother is 89 and doesn't have a digital camera. I live 100s of miles from her so i couldn't get a photo. They have offered to send a replacement arrangement , but I don't want another package of soil and plants arriving on my Mother's doorstep. "The Chauffeur Driven " service they refer to in their Bumph is in fact YODEL.

Charged way more than they should have. refused to amend or edit the order even after i had only placed it less than 2 minutes ago. horrendous customer service. no one will give you a clear or straight answer or actually try to resolve the issue. They kept giving a pre-written excuse as to why they are unable to do anything to resolve the issue with my order. I contacted them immediately after placing the order when i realised that there was an issue with the order and apparently, according to them in that space of 1 minute they had assigned the order and already processed it and it was on its way at 8pm when i placed the order..... therefore they refuse to amend or refund it. This is basically a scam! As good as fraud!. what a load of time wasters! Seriously, do not bother trying to order from them, just don't. i will forever avoid them and warn everyone. All they care about is taking your money, refuse to help or give you value for money either. So save your time and go to any other website because this one is as good as a scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I've used these before with no issue but after this I will never use them again. I'll go to Interflora instead. I ordered flowers over a week ago for delivery to elderly aunt on Saturday 23rd with special delivery instructions stating 'be patient'. Email said delivered but my Aunt said she hasn't had them. Because you can't phone Serenata Flowers, email only which is convenient for them, I filled on the customer service form. No one got back to me till next day 24th. Was told delivery driver left them outside door. I explained the delivery instructions stated to be patient but driver obviously hadn't bothered to wait. She lives in a cul-de-sac in a respectable area so the parcel would still have been there. I asked for another delivery that day but they refused saying they have to do an investigation first! I asked what I was supposed to give my aunt for Christmas instead, only to be told they wouldn't do anything till the new year. It's disgusting that I now am unable to get anything in time and despite adding my phone number to the customer service form they couldn't even be bothered to call me. Cowards! Hope they're proud of the fact they've ruined part of our Christmas.
