	Did not track purchase Looks like you NEED to submit a missing cashback claim for this. Do note it does say 200 days after the start of the insurance - so I am waiting the long game to be able to update this

	No cashback received ! Made the purchase in January. The cashback advertised made the policy more attractive but still waiting 4 months on for cashback. Ridiculous!

	Followed the correct process, SPI dismissed my claim. Don't bother, they promise the cashback then refuse it. Looks like I'll cancel the policy then.

	Still waiting!!! Purchased a policy in Nov 2025 and haven’t seen a penny of the cashback. Why does it state 4 weeks when clearly from a lot of other reviews, no one has ever received their cashback that soon? Surely the poor feedback should have some effect on this company. Or topcashback should at least fight our case.

	No cash back received for As others have said, the cash back made the policy attractive, but I have had nothing since July 2025 so am assuming I won’t receive any cash back despite it saying payable within 4 weeks of purchase.

	Appalling Purchased this policy in the middle of June, the terms state the policy has to be active for 90 days and all premiums paid which they have been. It's now the end of October and nothing has been received and the cashback sat in pending. Top cashback have been less than helpful telling me to wait even though I have stuck to the terms and conditions. I feel robbed and cheated and the next step is to take this to a small claims court to get my money. Please sort this out top cashback. Looks at all of the reviews! Stay away from this cashback offer. Sainsbury's are missing selling insurance policies.

	Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance cashback should be removed They do not honor the cashback and will not pay out. Look at all of the 1 star reviews for Sainsbury's here, it's clear that they're not going to pay out.

	6 Months Later and still waiting Purchased Pet insurance at the start of May and still sat on pending. Will avoid in future as the cashback made the policy more attractive. Wont buy again!

	Still waiting I bought my pet insurance in May and paid in full to take out the policy. It is now 30th September and im still waiting with no end in sight. I would suggest not bothering with them for cashback at all

	Another cashback not honoured I took out a multipet policy with Sainsbury’s. After a few days of the transaction not registering, I queried the missing transaction with TopCashback and got a fairy generic response. After 3 months I chased it up again. Lo and behold the cashback was denied. I’d read the reviews, thought I was prepared to be disappointed , but I’m really peeved by it! Note to self for next year: anyone but Sainsbury’s.

	Policy taken out in April... Still Pending Aug Still on pending status. TCB customer services said just have to wait until Sains action at their end... Not feeling hopeful and without the cashback the price paid wasn't a particularly good deal. Ended up being a Bit of a farce moving to Sainsbury's as excluded general condition after once incident and not an ongoing condition but wouldn't confirm exclusions til my previous policy had lapsed... Will be reconsidering options next year.

	Don't do it Exactly the same as all others below. Purchased in March and still stuck on pending. Customer service seemingly doing nothing to resolve. You won't get your cashback.

	Still waiting! Unfortunately I am in the same situation as the other reviewers and 6 months later, the cashback is still pending. I have reached out to topcashback and they aren't being very helpful. Would avoid if you are a prospective customer and go with a different insurer.
