Top Cashback have had to offer me half of the cashback out of their own pocket because despite spending £32 with RSPB they refused to pay cashback. As Top Cashback told me "I'm afraid that there is virtually no likelihood that we will be able to recover the cashback that you have been expecting in response to this claim, as the merchant has not been very forthcoming in looking to resolve your claim." I certainly won't be using RSPB again, or if I do, I'll realise that they don't do cashback.

Declined cashback
This merchant declined my cashback claim even though I had met all criteria. TopCashback kindly paid the cashback into my account, rather than going back to the retailer.

I placed an order online with the RSPB in February and expected approx £5 cashback from them, to date (20/09/11) I have not received it. I'll update this if I ever receive the cashback. wish me luck!
