	A fight every step of the way Every order I place with RS I have to submit a claim for missing cashback, it then takes about 6 months until anything is heard.

	Doesn't Track There were issues with this retailer last summer but it did seem to get resolved. We are now back to orders not tracking & claims having to be submitted. It takes so long!!!

	Usually works - Except for the larger cashback transactions I use RS frequently and most of the time the transactions go through fine. There have only been a couple of incidents of the transactions failing to track, so raised as a TCB ticket. It seems that on all those occasions it failed to show as coming via TCB - despite my always using the exact same procedure. Funny, it is only the largest purchases, that would pay the most cashback, that seem to be a problem???

	Not great at all Not a smooth process with this supplier. tracking doesn't work, have to raise missing tracking after every order placed. It takes more than 12 weeks for missing ones to be processed! I am still waiting on cashback from July.

	Doesnt Track!! There is a problem tracking RS purchases at present as of July 2025, really annoying as have to keep submitting a claim for each one and it seems to take 2 months at least to be approved! RS are one of the best earners on here so hope it is sorted out soon!!

	Cashback doesn't work, we've tried everything, TopCashback, not interested RS used to be a good retailer for cashback, however we have tried this on different computers, different internet providers / locations and different cashback sites and it doesn't work! A support ticket to Topcahsback resulted in them saying it was fine and that they monitored feedback, the feedback is all that it doesn't work. Very poor for all concerned, I advise reviews for RS on trustpilot to make them sit up and maybe take notice

	What's Gone Wrong? Really not had any problems over the years of using RS on TCB and has been one of the Merchants that has provided me with a very decent amount of cashback over the years. However, my last four recent transactions have all failed to track and has resulted in my submitting claims for each of them. All valid orders that show up in the transaction history for dates and times when submitting claims, so don't know what has gone wrong with them. About to place another order, so expect a 5th claim to be going in shortly.

	Cashback no longer tracks Since they have updated their website no cashback is tracking. Looking at the reviews others have been having the same issue so it can only be the updated website causing the issue. Still after weeks they still haven't updated it and still no cashback from numerous orders.

	Avoid ! Cashback never tracks, always have to chase it up. Had some results ( After 3 months ) but usually some excuse is given not to pay out. Never have trouble with Farnell, always instant response. Not such a good website, but suggest you use them if possible.

	Missing Cash back Now a days on Top cash back, RS components claim is always missing ie: do not show the purchase resulting in missing cash back.

	Split your orders down to get payouts It's true that high-value orders are rarely paid out, but smaller ones usually go through without issue. It does require a bit more effort on my part, but I now split my orders to keep each under £1,000 and avoid placing more than one order per day. So far, this approach has worked well for me.

	RS Never Ever Tracks Despite submitting multiple claims, the cashback never tracks as promised. It’s frustrating to go through the entire process only to be left without the cashback I rightfully earned. Definitely not reliable!"

	terrible merchant, avoid! terrible merchant, not sure if merchant or tcb are 'at it'. seems odd that this is only merchant that refuses claims. tcb must be aware and should have removed them unless maybe complicit in avoidance of paying out ? seems very odd to keep this merchant on after so many complaints.

	Never Ever Tracks I've made 6-7 purchases but they never ever track, so I have to put in a claim. So far all claims have been paid, which is good, but it takes forever because I've had to do it manually because they never track. I never have this problem with any other retailer.

	Don't track any purchases any more Have used RS on here multiple times and never had an issue. But in the last 6 months none of my purchases ever tracked anymore, don't do anythig differently than i've done before. But if you put a claim in they just reject it and say i've done it wrong. I have placed some fairly large orders, in the thousands of £ each time and they have all not tracked for the last 6-8 months now. So i have lost on an a fair few hundred £ in cashback. Can see i am not the only person expereincing this as well. Bit of a joke in all honesty. If you aren't going to honour what you say, then review yourself from TCB and stop offering cashback.

	They never payout I have used RS loads over the last few months and they have never paid out at all which is incredibly frustrating. Some of the transactions have been for high value and funnily enough they alway decline the transactions or they don’t track the transaction. I would avoid going forward

	Not tracking large purchases. As per the reviews below, they are all true! I took the chance and used RS anyway thinking it wont happen to me, it did!! Didn't track a substantial purchase with around £85 to be paid back. Need to wait for TCB to chase now which if you read the small print can take months. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS RATHER THAN THIS COMPANY! TCB - its about time your removed RS from your list of suppliers following the recent complaints!

	Declining all new claims I got a lot of TCB with RS over the years but in the 6 months they have declined every purchase I have made. I make an order a day for my work and this is how they repay loyalty... I try to shop elsewhere now.

	Does not track on Chrome, Firefox. First time they couldn't the order. Next they claimed, because items were in the basket and thus topcashback didn't generate the sales so cashback does not apply .
