While only a few Roomdi reviews had been submitted by TopCashback members at the time of writing, there was some fantastic feedback. One very happy member, who had booked with them through us, said: “Got an excellent rate for a hotel in Abu Dhabi and they allowed me to pay in two installments. No problems with the booking, while cashback tracked immediately and was confirmed soon after.”

The Roomdi review feedback on Trustpilot is, overall, also very good, with a majority rating them above average. Some of the comments you’ll find from happy customers include “very easy to use, very friendly, great prices”, “excellent site — best value I found”, “easy website, quick booking, cheapest provider”, “excellent booking site — so simple, no fuss” and “gave excellent rates in comparison to other sites with no hidden costs”. Awful experience - do not use this merchant. I lost £4.5 GBP and they did not help me at all.

DO NOT BOOK with Roomdi.com! They cancelled our hotel room (3 rooms we had booked for 7 people) the evening before we were due to arrive in Turkey! They showed NO compassion or offered us any compensation! BEWARE and book with a reputable company!

My cashback was declined and after referring it I was advised it was because Topcashback did not identify as the last referral so did not track through them. It certainly was done correctly so I see this as a way for the company to refuse to pay cashback!
