At the time of writing, the Rideways reviews which had been left by our members were both few and far between and not very complimentary. Overall, the Rideways review feedback on Trustpilot isn’t great either, although you will find some five-star comments. One very happy traveller said: “We used Rideways in Rome, Santorini and Athens. Every single transfer was absolutely flawless and our drivers were incredibly professional. Each one provided friendly conversation and tips for the cities we were visiting, while the cars were pristine.” Some of the other feedback you’ll find includes “perfectly on time, amazing car and very nice driver. The driver even asked us if we needed Wi-Fi”, “a lot cheaper than taking a taxi at the airport rank. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again”, “good quality, clean cars and polite and friendly drivers — cannot fault the service” and “driver was waiting for us — very nice and polite, and gave us suggestions that helped us enjoy our visit”.
Another customer said: “Everything went very smoothly. My driver was in constant communication with me. My plane was 45 minutes late, but my driver was waiting for me at the arrival area. My departure pick-up was also a good experience.”
