Beware of Rentalcars.com. They charged me in Euros despite me clicking on £ as currency and GB as location, bank then charged me more than cash back for foreign currency transaction. Ended up more expensive than buying through Ryanair at their ticket check out.

Waited ages in a queue to get car, told unlike the advert on Rental website I no longer had unlimited mileage, that I had been transferred to another agent, that at the moment they had no cars available then with lots of others waited outside in the cold at Inverness Airport for 45 minutes waiting for an available car. It hadn't been cleaned properly, instrument panel left in German, no instruction manual and dents not mentioned on the paperwork which I demanded were added. On complaining to Rentalcars later they confirmed I did have unlimited mileage & the agent had made a mistake, I refused to pay extra so limited daily travel, Promised a refund which has never arrived.

After waiting 3 months I was told my cashback was declined on a car rental of over £500 as they couldn't confirm that the referral had come via the topcashback site. This is the only cashback site I use so I am not sure where they are coming from. Also, their rental car was awful and nothing like it was advertised on the website when I paid.
