Generous cashback but had to wait too long for it. Booked a car last November for Feb/Mar the following year. Cashback received in July, too long to wait in my opinion.

Tracked properly but unlike previous transactions, the payment has taken ages. There was a guide of 17 weeks which is slow enough to start with, but 21 weeks on and still no payment. The status is fixed on confirmed. Service is getting worse.

On reflection, do not expect your cashback too soon as it took half a year. Renting a vehicle through Rentalcars itself is smooth enough.

Tracked and payed out without problems but it took a really long time. I get that they only confirm after you complete your rental, but there’s no reason to keep me waiting 6 extra months.
