Love using Booking.com ( who are very fast to payout) - but I've been waiting for almost 4 months for a payout - and other reviews mention waiting over 1 year!!! I won't book through them again, just not worth it.

Dismally slow to payout = two years after booking and 18months after actually completing the car hire. But they did payout eventually, so one star more than the minimum possible.

RentalCars did not comply with their Cashback obligations for almost a year; now they have left TopCashback and left clients "in the dumps"... I can only say "good riddens"; I'll never book with RentalCars again, unless they have by far the cheapes offeres for rental cars

They never pay on time, last 2 transactions I have had to ask customer service to intervene (they have been great btw). I suspect I will have to do this again for my most recent transaction...

Nearly a year down the line, no payment and they are now saying I amended the order and don't qualify for cashback. All I did was add on extra items when I got there. They got my business because of the cashback offer, got additional purchases out of me then refused to payout!! Very angry!

833 days since opening a case to get Cashback. Top marks to TopCashback customer services for sticking with this and putting up with the nudges. This didn't track in June 2017, I filed a case a month later and have stuck with it. 2yrs+4mths+2wks to receive cashback is terrible! I see lots of a sardonic 5* reviews, just to stay in focus, but I'm marking this as 1*, a truthful reflection of the poor response.

Didn't pay out - and marketed a 5 seater car as a people carrier - depite me booking a 7 seater apparently 'it can be changed for a similar car which may have 5 seats'!
