did not track twice, 9 and 10 months later, claim is "still with vendor". Never going to use again. Their prices are full of hidden charges and the insurance they offer is from a 3rd party, which is hidden in the small print. A "cheap rental" from them ended up costing me £180 more than advertised. Avoid like the plague

Slowest cashback merchant ever, constantly having to chase up, even now have one sitting from Nov, which even once confirmed will no doubt be another 2 or so months before it's payable (only just now got confirmation that a JULY transaction is now available for payment - only took 6 months!)

I found the car rental I wanted in one browser, then used a different one with TopCashback and the price went up by £70 for the 15 days!! The cashback would have been less than £40.

I'm still waiting for another cashback from Rentalcars for about a year now. Also the rental car company seemed unfamiliar with rentalcars and gave me a hard time about the booking, telling me I needed to pay extra for items that were included in my rentalcars booking
