	S-L-O-W on the payout, but it did eventually arrive! Having used them several times, I don't believe the one-star reviews given by others are entirely fair. While it's true that their payments can be quite slow, in my experience, they do pay out most of the time.

	Avoid at all Costs - Never Again I will never use Rentalcars.com again as they declined my transaction and claim. Their customer service is poor and I can easily beat their prices if I dig around.

	Absolute Pants Declined cashback for no reason whatsoever. £60 plus down Do not use. Many many negative reviews...... Come on Topcashback sort it out, you used to be top notch but are now a Lenny let down. I've now given up and will rely on alternatives until you were as reliable as you once were. A real shame!

	AVOID AVOID I made 2 bookings, and neither of them got cash back. After reading all the reviews, I cancelled with them and booked directly with the official rent-a-car company at a cheaper price.

	Dont trust them - you won't receive the cashback Booked a rental car because of the cashback - but received £7 rather than the declared £66. I guess I did well to even receive £7 from them

	Avoid at all Costs I will not be using Rentalcars.com anymore as my transaction tracked right away, but after a few months was declined without explanation. They will probably come up with some BS excuse for not paying.

	2.5 years, until they paid out Seriously, WHY does TopCashback allow businesses to take part, if they are going to delay, cancel or postpone cashback like this ? I had a 2.5 year wait for RentalCars.com to pay my cashback (of just £23). And no, TCB, before you churn out your usual excuse... this WASN'T a problem with me not accepting cookies, clearing browser history or any excuse like that.... this is purely a bad-paying business. Get rid of them. Their behavior directly reflects the way we regard TopCashback itself.

	14 months to payout!!! Surely car hire companies should be able to approve / validate transactions quite quickly after the hire has taken place as there is no chance of returning like there is with retail. I got my cashback but it took 14 months, I actually forgot about it then just saw it pop up today and my transaction was September 2023!!!!

	See literally every other review... It has been 5 months since we returned the vehicle, and not a sniff of a payout. No estimated payment date for the company on the whole either. Take a lesser cashback amount and go elsewhere. 1 star by force

	No Progress Cashback tracked and moved to confirmed status and 4 months later no movement or Cashback. There is no estimated payable time glisted for this merchant so it doesn’t look like there is any track record of this merchant paying out - see lots of other comments. My advice is if you are factoring in the cashback as part of your decision to user Rentalcars then don’t - you may never see the payment. Come on TopCashback be honest - if there are problems with this retailer stop using them on your site

	Denied Cashback After waiting 10 months the cashback has been denied with no reason. Choose a different rental car company. This is a scam.
