Tracked ok but booking charge more than cashback amout. Beware though - I paid using my electron card as cheaper than credit card, and opted to pick up my tickets from a machine at the station. HOWEVER the machine could not read my electon card and as the ticket office was closed it was a complete pain trying to deal with Raileasy to sort it out.

The cashback seems a hollow promise. The purchase was completed successfully months ago but it still shows as "pending". It has not progressed past "the retailer needs to confirm this transaction"

I was prepared to swallow the £1 booking fee, on a ticket price of £12.10, but when they wanted to sting me 65p for a DEBIT card, against a cashback of 46p, that's when I realised they were extracting the 'Michael', TheTrainLine do not charge for DEBIT cards.
