Fast payment, lose a couple of stars as their booking fee is significantly higher than others and I have since reverted to other resellers.

I would have been cheaper to get the ticket at the station because of the admin fees that raileasy impose - for that reason I will not use them again. The ticket was exactly the same price at the station as on raileasy therefore I paid more by paying through raileasy!!

Charges £2.50 booking fee and fails to comply with GDPR with a pre-ticked opt-in marketing box: "We will use your email address to send you important information about your booking. We would also like to send you special offers and other information you might find useful, if you do not wish to receive these types of emails, please deselect this box (don't worry, you'll still receive the important information about your booking)"

I clicked on to this merchant because the cash back was higher than the rest. Then they wanted 2.50 as a booking fee. No thanks!

Website crashed & purchased ticket again, but they charged me for both & wouldn't give a full refund! Bad customer service! :-(

Dont Bother using these, the cashback is wiped out by their booking fee. £2.50 when you can get the same price without the fee direct from national rail enquires. you'll need a ticket of over £200 to make a penny! booking fees are a rip off anywhere so best avoid any company that uses such a stunt. they get 1 star because i cant give nil

Watch out, they fail to tell you about their booking fees until late in the transaction, so cost me more.

Reference code didn't work, as a result I missed my train and had to pay an extra 40 for another ticket. Same price and booking fee as thetrainline, never using again

Watch out they charge extra for using a credit card. Who does that? It makes them look cheap. It wipes out any cashback earned. Pathetic.

raileasy can't calculate railcard discounts properly. the minimum fare it offered me was £13 on sunday. i bought my ticket for £11.55 on the ticket machine. cross-check your fares, if you buy from raileasy.

Avoid! Adds £2.50 booking fee to all tickets, use other sites which only charge you for the ticket price.

I was pleased to start with , when the cash back tracked quite quickly on the 23rd of feb , however when it came to raileasy approving the transaction , well , what can i say,..they declined it for no apparent reason. Very dissapointed as i spent nearly a 100 quid going thro them.

Tracked quickly but 6 months later still no payout. For the low amount its really not worth the hassle.

There is no clear way to book an open return on the site so I was unable to book my ticket. When the option was selected I was still required to put in a return time, then on the next screen there was no open return option. So I tried selecting single and the open return option, again nothing. So I've given up and gon for the lower cashback off for the train line - at least I know that one works!

Not a fan of this site, it really isn't clear how to go about getting an open return. Not easy to use at all so I didn't purchase

Was going to use this site but got to the payment page and there is a £2.50 booking fee and then another fee if using a credit card. With a train ticket of around £43 this completely wipes out the cashback received - but maybe it would be good for a very expensive ticket. Better off using the East Midlands trainline cashback of 1% on all train journeys, with more cashback given on EM trains journeys (or the Virgin trains one if using Virgin).
