Purchased tickets in March and it has taken 4 months for the amount to become confirmed by merchant, still waiting for it to become payable, so quite slow.

I often have to book train journeys and this company is always great value as opposed to buying tickets on the day, the earlier you can book a ticket the less you pay but with the cashback it always makes sense to use this type of company.

raileasy are a brill place to purchase rail tickets and you can usually get some cheap tickets (£24 return to london, one direction was 1st class). However there customer service can be somewhat lacking.... you pay ur money u make ur choice!! However, cashback tracked swiftly and at the correct amount, but the % u get on raileasy is very very small and sometimes not wortwhile.
