	Cashback very generous although had to chase via TCB for one lot. All came through very quickly in the end though (payable commendably fast too) and Pure themselves provide a really impressive service. Recommended!

	I have had a bad experience with the cashback side of this transaction. I bought some walking boots on the basis of the cashback offer. The boots and merchant service were fine but the sale hasn't tracked. I've been chasing it for months with tcb and finally had a response to say the merchant has paid another referrer for the transaction. I'm not a member of any other cashback site, so this must have been a search engine I clicked through when looking for boots. My last click was tcb but this hasn't registered..... Lesson learned for me, and more generally I have stopped making purchase decisions based on promised cashback, too many times it just doesn't materialise.

	First time using Pure Footwear, Ordered a pair of trainers, they sent the wrong ones,(correct size, completely wrong style) Phoned Customer services, was told to post them back Recorded Delivery and they'd send the correct ones out and refund my return postage cost. Posted them the same day, it took them a week to even acknowledge they'd received them back! When they did finally get around to posting the trainers i actually ordered, they sent them 2nd class, you'd think they'd rush to get them to me after they made a huge mistake the first time. I'm still waiting for news of my postage refund after 2 weeks, which was almost £7 since I used 1st class! Guess i'll have to give them a call again! Would possibly use them again if an extreme bargain was to be had but wouldn't get my hopes up on getting what i ordered!

	Cashback failed to track and have been chasing since August on this. Poor experience for me - only merchant I have used where cashback has failed so far.

	My transaction was confirmed within a few days, although I was only credited 7% and not 10% as originally suggested. This isn't a problem, but the percentage may need to be updated on this site to reflect this. My item is yet to arrive but I ordered with free delivery over a bank holiday weekend so not really a problem.

	Cashback tracked within a few days, and transaction became confirmed within a month. Awaiting payment now. Goods arrived very quickly (within a couple of days) considering postage was FREE, amd were also well packaged. Would definitely use again. Great.
