While it is fair to say the Prestige Flowers reviews left by TopCashback members are somewhat of a mixed bag, there is plenty of good feedback to be found. Those who have commented on their experience of earning cashback have said such things as “cashback paid on time”, “smooth transaction” and “fast payment — happy days”. You will also find plenty of reviews which praise the flower delivery service provider for the quality of their flowers and their delivery services. Among such feedback includes remarks like “beautiful flowers delivered seven days per week — excellent floral service”, “good service, prompt delivery” and “lovely flowers delivered on time at short notice. Excellent service”.

Somewhat in contrast to Topcashback reviews, if you take a look at the Prestige Flowers review feedback on Trustpilot, you will find most of it falls in the Excellent category. One happy customer said: “The quality of the gifts and flowers they provide are amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.” Other positive comments include “one of the easiest websites I have ever used and excellent products”, “love the fact you can order either for same day delivery or next day delivery, and at fabulous prices” and “very easy to use site, with good service and quality products for every occasion”.

I paid more than £50 to have flowers sent to a friend recently diagnosed with cancer. The flowers were not delivered. DPD, the carrier then repeatedly lied about the delivery. Despite repeated requests by email, phone not being available, no one from Prestige got back to me. Awful company stay away from them.

I purchased flowers for mothering Sunday only to be informed, on the day, that they would be delivered on the following Monday. The did nothing to address this or reimburse me in anyway, only claiming that they couldn't guarantee a particular date of delivery. All this despite advertising these flowers for mother's day! What is the point of this company?!

Positive reviews seem to be about the website rather than the actual flowers that paying customers may never get to see if they are sending them to someone else so thought I would shed some light on the actual quality of the product you are paying for. I have bought two bouquets from Prestige Flowers very close together for friends birthdays. My one friend made me aware that her lilies died without even opening despite following the advice re, trim stems, add food, etc. So i checked with the other friend who then told me the flowers had been old looking and partly dying when received! Disgusting given that I paid over £50 for these flowers. But worse than this is the customer service. Prestige Flowers are refusing point blank to refund me despite me sending photos of the dead unopen lilies and offering more (probably dead) flowers that I obviously have no use for as the birthdays have been and gone! Substandard product at a premium price and company benefitting from the fact that the paying customer may likely never see the flowers and the recipient would probably feel ungrateful or embarrassed to mention the low quality. You can get a lot better at your local grocery store for a fraction of the price!

I ordered a £60+ bouquet and on the day of delivery had a text and an email from Royal Mail saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. The flowers were now ready for collection from their depot! My friend had to go and fetch her flowers! I contacted Prestige Flowers through their website as the telephone number is an 0844 number, which meant a delayed response. They kept telling me that the flowers had been delivered which of course they had not. They really were not bothered and did not offer a resolution. I won't use them again.

Ordered bouquet which turned up a day late and was worse than anything I could have got from a petrol station. I complained - 22 emails and a week later I am still waiting for a promised replacement. They are based in Halifax which I acknowledge is some distance from London, however, their excuse is that it takes longer to deliver abroad!!!

Spent £50 on a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for my mum on mother’s day and they simply didn’t show up! DHL were waiting for the order but prestige lost the flowers and nothing turned up - no heads up from them, phone call, email or anything! Totally ruined my mother’s day surprise and the only reply to resolve I got was re-delivery or refund (and this came the day after). Not acceptable when they’re at complete fault for ruining my mother’s day surprise. Would never touch prestige again - terrible experience!

I recently wanted to send my friend some flowers as her grandmother passed away and to say I was disappointed was an understatement, the flowers looked nothing like the photo on the website and were actually embarrassing to send to someone. The flowers looked a mess. I contacted Prestige Flowers and they said there was nothing they could do and offered me a small credit of only £5.00... The whole order was over £30.00. I would strongly recommend not using this service as the flowers sent to your loved ones do not resemble the images on the website. You would be so much better off buying these flowers from a store and then hand delivering them (much less expensive as postage was about £5.00!). Please think twice about using this service, I actually felt embarrassed by the flowers that turned up to my friend’s door.

My sister and I live in different countries. For her 30th birthday I decided to send her a big bouquet. I ordered it a week before her birthday. It did NOT arrive on her birthday. In fact it arrived the day after her birthday at 3PM. I tried to contact the company several times, and got no answer from anyone. I finally had to use Facebook to contact them. It was so ridiculous. They did not even offer to pay back the shipping cost to me. How can a company not deliver a simple set of flowers even with a week's notice. I will NEVER use this company again.

Awful. Flowers on the website are not a true representation of what is received. I received a half dead mess that was not much bigger than my kettle (ordered large sent medium). Company are not willing to refund and are only willing to refund £5 (difference between medium and large is £10) but they state they will refund the difference. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO TO MORRISONS! triple the size for half the price and last longer!!!!

Flowers OK, watch for the upsell - terrible cashback. Used them twice and both times they tracked up to the point they were supposed to payout and both times merchant declined. The first time I let it go. This time I am annoyed so I think others should beware and use a more reputable company

I ordered flowers for a staff to be delivered on a thursday to the work address and then she became ill so i got in touch with customer services to change the address for a home delivery on Tuesday. I was told this could not be possilbe as the label was printed. I explained the circumstances as the flower will be wasted if it is not sent to the staff to her house address and no amount of words could change the supervisor mind. I was so disappointed as this was unforeseen situation and not fair for change of change especially as it was two days notice. One have to be helpful when dealing with such company as the service is poor both with the customer service and supervisor.

twice now flowers have not been delivered on the correct day and twice the flowers have been nearly dead and nothing like in the picture very un helpful customer service team they dont want to know just offer a voucher which i dont want because i wont be using them again
