While it is fair to say the Prestige Flowers reviews left by TopCashback members are somewhat of a mixed bag, there is plenty of good feedback to be found. Those who have commented on their experience of earning cashback have said such things as “cashback paid on time”, “smooth transaction” and “fast payment — happy days”. You will also find plenty of reviews which praise the flower delivery service provider for the quality of their flowers and their delivery services. Among such feedback includes remarks like “beautiful flowers delivered seven days per week — excellent floral service”, “good service, prompt delivery” and “lovely flowers delivered on time at short notice. Excellent service”.

Somewhat in contrast to Topcashback reviews, if you take a look at the Prestige Flowers review feedback on Trustpilot, you will find most of it falls in the Excellent category. One happy customer said: “The quality of the gifts and flowers they provide are amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.” Other positive comments include “one of the easiest websites I have ever used and excellent products”, “love the fact you can order either for same day delivery or next day delivery, and at fabulous prices” and “very easy to use site, with good service and quality products for every occasion”.

Recently used these for Valentines flowers and received a £5 gift voucher off them that I then used on mothers day flowers. The roses were nice and fresh and looked like the pictures. They lasted nearly a month which as very surprising but partially due to our living room not having the central heating on so it was very cool just how they like it. The gerberas in the latter order were a different shade of pink than pictured but understand this can happen due to availability. I half reluctantly complained that I was not happy with this and was quite impressed when they politely apologised and gave me a £10 gift voucher! I just want to know how much I am going to save next time with the cash back on top, I will keep you posted, think I am going to use the voucher for my girlfriends birthday in May :)

Beware of cash back on this merchant
I regularly go through top cashback for purchases from this merchant and regularly purchase two or three times a month. This year five transactions have been declined and I have had no cashback. You do not know it's been declined until after you have made the purchase and then a few days later it shows up that the cashback you should have got was declined. I cannot see anywhere that only certain purchases that are eligible for cashback from this merchant.

I ordered a nice pot of planted flowers as a surprise for my mother-in-law's birthday and chose her birthday as the specific date of delivery. However, the gift arrived a day early, ruining the intended surprise. I wrote to Prestige Flower's customer service stating that I was disappointed with their service and would, therefore, not be ordering from them again. Soon after, I received a response saying that the delivery date depends largely on the postal/delivery services and they have little control over when items will arrive at the intended destination. They offered me a generic £10 discount on my next order, which I declined, stating again that I will not be using their services in the future. My question is, if their business model is based on the idea that customers can use their services to send floral gifts, and as part of that service they offer the option to choose a specific date for delivery as part of a carefully thought-out gift/surprise, yet the company cannot guarantee that a delivery will happen on the specific date of the customers' choosing, what's the point then?? As I said, I will not be using them again.

False advertisement. The photo on the left is taken from the Prestige Flowers website, and depicts the 'medium' size bouquet. I ordered the 'large' size bouquet, delivered today (fast, but costly, next day delivery) and the photo on the right is what I have received. For an extra ten quid, I feel like I've more for the smallest size, not biggest. Absolute rip-off, I'm afraid to say. Extremely disappointed as these have been delivered for a staff member who is retiring after 17 years service...to be presented with a lame bouquet. The supermarkets literally to bouquet's 2/3 times the size for a third of what I paid for these flowers. Stick to the shops and local florists would be the advice I'd like to give.

Extremely disappointed: the flowers arrive by post (this doesn't seem immediately obvious to me) This fact alone, in my opinion, really diminishes the value of the delivered bouquet compared to a florist-delivered one. They still charge similar prices to florist deliveries, however! The delivered bouquet was really small despite my 'upgrading' it from the standard size. I dread to think how small the standard size would have been. I ordered flowers and selected Mothers Day for delivery not realising that, since they're being posted, they'll arrive the day before. Pointless. The size of the free chocolates is simply ridiculous. The box measures approx. 10cm x 8.5cm and only serves to further cheapen the perceived value of the product. In short, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I'll certainly not use them again

When I first ordered flowers from Prestige for my Mother, they were fantastic and lasted over 3 weeks. My recent purchase 2 days ago has left a lot to be desired!!! Plus, my cashback has been withdrawn for my latest purchase:-(:-( Personally, I won't be using them again!

Dissapointing all round
Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, paid extra for medium size bouquet. Arrived a day late, bouquet was small. Customer service repeatedly ignored the reasons for my complaint, kept sending me advice on how to care for the flowers! To top it off, they then declined the cashback. I wont use them again

Awful. Ordered flowers for valentines day, the tracking was still showing the courier had not picked them up several days after they should have been delivered. Customer service told me they did not know where they were, and offered a delivery refund and a fresh delivery, but the next day said that was a mistake, and they would need to investigate. At that point I'd had enough, and asked for a full refund, which to their credit they did.
