While it is fair to say the Prestige Flowers reviews left by TopCashback members are somewhat of a mixed bag, there is plenty of good feedback to be found. Those who have commented on their experience of earning cashback have said such things as “cashback paid on time”, “smooth transaction” and “fast payment — happy days”. You will also find plenty of reviews which praise the flower delivery service provider for the quality of their flowers and their delivery services. Among such feedback includes remarks like “beautiful flowers delivered seven days per week — excellent floral service”, “good service, prompt delivery” and “lovely flowers delivered on time at short notice. Excellent service”.

Somewhat in contrast to Topcashback reviews, if you take a look at the Prestige Flowers review feedback on Trustpilot, you will find most of it falls in the Excellent category. One happy customer said: “The quality of the gifts and flowers they provide are amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.” Other positive comments include “one of the easiest websites I have ever used and excellent products”, “love the fact you can order either for same day delivery or next day delivery, and at fabulous prices” and “very easy to use site, with good service and quality products for every occasion”.

twice now flowers have not been delivered on the correct day and twice the flowers have been nearly dead and nothing like in the picture very un helpful customer service team they dont want to know just offer a voucher which i dont want because i wont be using them again

I ordered a gift set bouquet. The package didn't arrive on the day I booked. It arrived 1 day late. when the box was unpacked half the flowers were snapped off. Some of the larger flowers including Roses were all brown and half dead. After just 2 days the other half are nearly all dead. Tried contacting them but do not get a response to email. Chat doesn't work even though it states 9am-9pm Mon- Fri. Found phone number for them which isn't even on the site and it just says they are closed even in the working week. Appalled. Instead of a nice experience for Mum she was left feeling disappointed.

Never again!! I ordered a bouquet of luxury roses for my wife for Valentine’s day, which I simply did not receive. Instead of this I received some dull looking, skinny and already starting to go off “roses”. It is simply not what I ordered. I emailed them the photos, clearly showing this. Their response was: "...to trim the stems of the blooms at a 45 degree angle to ensure that they can absorb as much water as possible. Place the flowers in fresh water. Replace the water completely every day with fresh, clean, room temperature water, using the flower feed provided." Of course I did this (and no change) but regardless. It is like ordering a brand new car in red. When the car get delivered, it is in a dull grey with some paint cans, explaining how to paint the car! Those flowers I could have picked up at Tesco’s for £9! They are kind of dead and the occasion is gone and it was embarrassing. I gave them the opportunity to rectify this (by giving me my money back, according to their 100% money back guarantee) but both of their responses were completely useless and a fail, showing that they are not trustworthy. Very disappointing.

cashback was declined and to top it off I had a massive problem with the delivery (was for a friends birthday) when the flowers came there were no free chocolates as stated and the flowers looked like a £3 bunch from morrisons. Never ever will I use Prestige flowers again

prestige flowers, honestly the worst company I think I've ever purchased off, flowers turned up in a cardboard box to the delivery address... I mean I don't know much about flowers but I'm clever enough to realise if you put flowers in a box there going to die. The flowers looked nothing like the picture that was shown on the website, the box of chocolates were as big as my little finger, (no wonder there free). Absolutely disgusting, I've tried ringing, emailing and even trying to speak to customer services on there live chat 'service' not had 1 reply, I waited about 20 minutes on the phone and appernelty there that busy that I can't get through... If your looking for nice flower don't even bother looking at there flowers, the ones that turn up are not even alive... complete waste of money which I can't get back. Awful service, I don't know how they get away with it.

Awful quality flowers - even if they pay you the cashback honestly it's not worth it for the flowers they'll deliver. AWFUL quality with 4 out of 6 roses drooping on delivery!

Ordered flowers on 15th for delivery of 17th for our anniversary the flowers did not show up on the correct day , customer service no help at all, so despite advertising 100% gurantee they don't cover delivery J Boyle

I am so disgusted by the service from Prestige Flowers and having read other reviews I can see that I'm not the only person who's had the misfortune of buying through this company. I placed an order several weeks ago for some flowers to be delivered for my Mum on Mother's Day, having seen that you could select a specific date for delivery. There was no information given that there was a good chance they would be late. In fact, I had emailed in advance to confirm the delivery date and was assured that my order was for delivery on the Sunday. Well, Sunday came and went, and no flowers arrived. Having emailed customer services that evening and receiving a very dismissive and rude reply stating that they cannot take responsibility for the delivery and will not be issuing a refund, I am left feeling very angry and manipulated as a buyer. The flowers have arrived today (Monday) after sitting around in a box in a warehouse all weekend - really worth the £40 I paid for them!! And what a waste of time receiving them after the event is over! What has made me most angry is the way that Prestige Flowers has been very sneaky about claiming to be able to deliver on Mother's Day when in fact they know they are unable to fulfill this. They make claims like '100% satisfaction guaranteed' and make themselves sound like they care about their customers, when in fact they make false claims to get people to buy their products and refuse to take responsibility for the delivery company they choose to use. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again!! I am so annoyed at not being able to get my money back and really hope I will put other customers off buying from this website and not wasting their money too!

I spent around £35 buying Christmas flowers for my Mum. I booked a delivery date of 24th December so that they would be looking good on Christmas day but they were actually delivered on 21st. I ordered the medium size bouquet but it looked nothing like the picture on their website - a rose and gerbera arrangement with just 2 roses, one of which was dead by day 2 and the other looked really bedraggled by Christmas day. The greenery etc shown bulking out the display on the site was really sparse and I was so disappointed that a special treat for my Mum was so totally lack lustre. On the day they were delivered, I emailed Prestige to complain about the wrong delivery date and had an automated response acknowledging my query which contained a warning not to attempt to contact them again if I didn't get an answer as that would put me to the back of the queue. 6 days later, I'm still waiting! Definitely NOT a merchant I will use again as there are plenty of other, GOOD florists registered with Top Cash Back.

I wish I had read the previous comment before using this company, the quality of the flowers were absolutely shocking, I paid £36 for them, including delivery and they were dead within 1 day! I emailed them immediately with photographs of the flowers, this opened a customer service case and marked it as critical but they have never responded to my emails or comments. I currently have an open Paypal dispute with them to get my money refunded. On top of that...the cashback didn't track anyway!!! Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst value for money I have ever had. I paid for the upgrade for my elderly mother and when she told me what had arrived I was embarrassed. Unfortunately I live in France and could not go and take a photo, but even so when I complained, only 2 days after receipt, that I was unsatisfied, I was told I had received the flowers over a week ago and it was too late. The bouquet I ordered was the best seller, all over the website home page. It cost £25 plus delivery. It consisted of 2 lilys, 5 pink roses and a bit of greenery, but mum did receive a “free” box of chocolates the size of a cigarette packet. I did enquire what she would have received if I hadn’t upgraded? I received no answer. They should do away with that and concentrate on the flowers. The roses also started to die on day 2, that’s was the only reason I found out what was actually in the bouquet. I notice they don’t advertise how many stems are in each bouquet on the website. I will always stick to Asda or Tescos in future. A week on and I am still awaiting a reply. Regarding the cashback, fortunately that was instant I had no problems at all.
