Don't bank on getting the right cashback
Service from the company is good, but I've never known the cashback to be paid correctly - It's always been a nominal amount of about 10p, never the listed %.
Support tickets submitted and always declined by the retailer as 'correct cashback paid'.

Unwilling to pay up
After a large transaction with this merchant no cashback was received and a missing claim was submitted. They refused to pay up, so please be careful buying from them.
