	Poor. I waited around 15 months for my cashback to reach payable despite repeatedly chasing this. After a year I moved pet insurance as a result of their slow payout.

	It advises 8 weeks for payment, I took pet insurance out in november 2016 and still await payment in may 2017, i make that over 5 months now?!?

	It tracked but then never moved onto confirmed let alone payable. Don't bother.
