Higher premiums but the cashback made this a good deal. Unfortunately cashback is still pending after months with no updates.

Declined - no reason
Cashback declined - no reason and no way to appeal. Purchased the more expensive policy to enhance the cashback to make it worthwhile and now not received cashback.

Post office pet insurance
Took over 6 months that was in my eyes to long!!!!!!!!
And to make things worse.
It ended getting declined.
I’m still with my pet insurance company. But starting to think of changing
Does anyone have a good idea of one that doesn’t leave you wanting for cash back

Very Slow
I used "cash back" from the Post Office whilst buying insurance for my pet, however that was June 2023, they finally approved the cash back April 2024.
