Don't pay their cashback
It is now six months since I selected the Post Office travel insurance package via TopCashback.
Still not paid!!!

Over 50s life cover policy offered £90 cashback
Over 50s Life cover, offering £90 cashback if I increased my exiting policy of £7 a month by another £10 which I did purely based upon this offer, would not of bothered otherwise!
Then they were trying to get away with paying me just £51 for a BROADBAND POLICY that had not been taken out and does not exist!
They have not just put the incorrect amount to payback (£51 instead of the £90 on offer at that time) But they also managed to trump that by putting the incorrect policy taken out! ????????
7 months later and still incorrect amounts being repaid, this therefore also lies with Topcashback and its incompetent representatives.
Seen they’ve now stopped promoting the ‘over 50’s life policy’ from Post Office, looking at all feedback this IS NOT A ONE OF BY ANY MEANS, see for yourselves on feedback!
Shame on Post Office and TOPCASHBACK, totally illegal marketing and false representation!
See you in court if needs be!

Not received cashback
Coming up on a year since purchase and purchase still not confirmed or payable, not worth it. Only used this supplier as they had slightly higher cashback, next time will go with someone else

Cashback not tracked. On going claim
Do not use. I followed the terms and made a transaction and post office claim that I didn't meet the terms so not tracked. Topcashback team still trying but Post office just trying to get out of a payment even though I am still paying monthly for my policy. They're a joke
