	Purchased PO broadband in June 18 but cashback not tracked. Lodged a complaint in July here and still waiting for PO to respond. Mind you the whole service from P.O. Broadband has been rubbish, poor connectivity, poor customer service and now this. Avoid.

	Purchased Euros in May & was entitled to cashback which was then declined for no reason. Feel let down as I did everything I needed to do to honour my part of the deal so am unlikely to use Post Office again

	Very Poor - cashback transaction tracked typical payment 14 weeks. Payment not received and unable to raise a claim as truncation date has exceeded 100 days given that 14 weeks is 98 days then it's a fine timeline to raise a claim. I have asked topcashback to over-ride the system and get the expected payment of £42. Given other reviews of failed payment I would recommend people IGNORE THIS MECHANT

	My transaction didn't track for several months, and was only paid out after a 'missing transaction' claim that took another 2 months to resolve.
