I have done this twice, the first time there were no problems. The second time I had to launch a query as didn't get the automatic pay out, I think it was due to the payment screen timing out. I did get the pay out after launching the query so very happy that the system works!

The broadband change over went through fine, but I had to wait over 6 months for the cash back. I wish I had just choosen the cheaper deal with them directly.

refused to pay my cashback despite going through correct channels. Don't waste your time applying through top cashback to for post office broadband - they just refuse it for no reason.

Go through process and says "something went wrong", then you have to phone to complete order, hmm. Have chosen an alternative supplier instead

I had to cancel my contract as although I opted to keep my ex-directory telephone number and was assured that I could the Post Office managed to mess it up and lost my number for good. Very annoyed. I was offered £30 compensation which meant absolutely nothing to me as keeping my number was essential. Wont be using them again.
